The Precott Az area condo market sputtered along again in April after having had ZERO closings in February, and only 5 in March.   One of the sales was a REO (highlighted in yellow) and lead the way in $/sqft.  The condo on Jimson way started its life on the market at $212,000 over 2 years ago.  It’s a good example of how sellers are having to lower their prices to attract buyers.

Note:  The average time on market is very long considering that the average time on market for single family homes is less than 250 days.

If you are waiting on the sidelines to buy a property in the Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, or Dewey-Humboldt market area, consider a foreclosured or REO property. I can make the process as painless as possible.
