Condos, townhomes, and patio homes sold in Prescott area in June 2009

Spring showers must have brought May sales and finally we see some normal volume in the condo market.  The yellow highlights are bank-owned properties.  You can see how these are driving the price per square foot down like the rest of the market.

Condos, townhomes, and patio homes sold in Prescott area in May 2009

The Precott Az area condo market continued to sputter along again in May with 4 sales, the same as April.  The property on Rolling Green was a REO and sold in only 18 days on market.  A good example of how fast well-priced properties are going.   This same unit sold last year for $185K and for $150k in 2004.
